You shall not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service; interfere with its security, performance, or availability; or introduce any harmful code. You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your account and must safeguard your authentication credentials against unauthorized access.
You retain full ownership of all content, data, and materials you submit to the service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant CloviTek Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and utilize such content strictly as necessary to deliver, operate, and improve the service. You represent and warrant that you possess all requisite rights and permissions to submit such content and that doing so does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
Following account closure, you are granted a 30-day period to export your data via available interface tools. Thereafter, CloviTek Inc. will permanently delete all data associated with your account, except where retention is compelled by applicable legal mandates. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloviTek Inc. expressly disclaims all warranties regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law doctrines. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved through the dispute resolution procedures established herein.
